Our team is currently evolving, and we are now seeking a Full-Time Administration Officer to oversee and enhance our daily business operations. If you are an experienced administrative professional who is motivated to develop with a growing business, please read on.

About The Role

At Accredited Restorations & Cleaning, our Administration Officer plays an important role in assisting with the day-to-day operations of the business across a variety of departments. Working closely with the Operations Manager and Directors, your primary responsibilities will include: 

  • Managing communications with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Answering calls and emails from new leads
  • Managing client relationships 
  • Scheduling projects 
  • Creating and managing business reporting
  • General administrative tasks required across the business

What We Can Offer

The successful applicant will be offered an attractive remuneration package ranging between $50,000 to $60,000 + Superannuation depending on experience. TO QUALIFY FOR THIS ROLE

To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience as an Administration Officer (or administrative or reception role) The ideal candidate will be experienced working within an office, and will demonstrate: 

  • Strong professional communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Work to deadlines and changing priorities. 
  • Computing skills across a variety of systemology platforms to assist with business operations. 
  • Ability to work within a team environment.
  • Understand basic business reporting.
