About The Role

At Accredited Restorations & Cleaning, our Operations Manager has an important role to play in overseeing and improving our daily business outcomes. Your primary responsibilities will include: 

  • Budget management 
  • Policy development and process improvement 
  • Roster management 
  • New staff training and managing career development programs
  • Setting strategic business goals
  • Managing OHS requirements 
  • Day-to-day business operations
  • Assisting with business development and client relationships

What We Can Offer

The successful applicant will be offered an attractive remuneration package ranging between $70,000 to $90,000 + Superannuation depending on experience. TO QUALIFY FOR THIS ROLE

To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience as an Operations Manager (or similar management role). The ideal candidate will have a track record of managing and growing cohesive, highly engaged teams. In addition, the successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:

  • Proficiency in financial management – including planning and controlling budgets, optimising expenses, and providing regular reporting 
  • Strong data analysis abilities – including identifying methods to enhance revenue and recognising opportunities for future business growth 
  • Knowledge of core business processes and functions – such as HR, Finance, Governance, Operations, and Procurement
  • Past success in implementing new processes and systems to enhance internal business efficiencies
