- Yes, we are certified under the IICRC. This is not a common question asked but should be. Knowing that only 10% of the industry is trained, you should be asking every cleaner if they are certified. They need to provide their card on site.
- Yes, to protect you and us, we are fully licensed under IICRC and NSW WorkCover, and our insurance is always up-to-date.
- Certain types of dirt, such as sand, are abrasive to tiles when walked on. Vacuum your floors as often as possible, put mats at door entrances and keep shoes outside.
- We would have to say no because professional pest management companies have undertaken extensive training in safe extermination using effective solutions such as IPM (Integrated Pest Management) to ensure the best result.
- Please do not do this because your insurance company will ask us to sight the damage and take photos. You will not be covered for any items we have not sighted and photographed.
- Our eco-friendly green products clean exceptionally well. If it is necessary to use a more powerful cleaning product, we have other exceptionally effective products that are also safe and non-toxic (remembering that the toxins in your carpets are and have been tested to be 4x more toxic than human waste).
- Unfortunately not because products such as bleach remove carpet dye permanently and spills not treated quickly can also become permanent stains. Supermarket products and inexperienced cleaners also cause permanent stains and irreversible damage. If we believe a stain is irreversible, we will tell you upfront.
- Yes. We have a wide assortment of sealers, designed for a variety of surfaces and conditions. Some sealers are designed for interior use only, others for exterior use. Some protect against water only, others against oil and water. And some are designed specifically for floors with high porosity, such as limestone, slate, brick, and concrete. Our professionals will provide expert advice and help you select the most suitable sealer for your needs.
- We will move larger items that one person could be expected to move, for example: lounge suites, beds with wheels, or light furniture, tables and chairs. We will not move any loose items lying around or any heavy item, for example: fish tanks, book cases and china cabinets.
- No, our sealers protect without changing the original colour, texture, feel, or appearance of the surface. However, we also offer colour-enhancing sealers for interior natural stone, marble, granite, limestone, and masonry surfaces.
- Avoid using highly abrasive materials such as metal pads. If you do use abrasives, exercise extreme caution, especially on tiles with a shiny surface. These will show up scoring, scratching, and loss of gloss most clearly. Tea tree or Eucalyptus water-based oils are a simple and effective way to keep your floors hygienically clean.
- The penetrating sealer is absorbed by the pores of the natural stone or ceramic tile & grout. It fills up the “nooks and crannies” so that wet stains cannot get below the surface, and soil sits on the surface until it is swept or wiped away.
- First, the floor is professionally cleaned, neutralised, and fully dried. Then, the sealer is applied using professional equipment and allowed to soak into the flooring material for five to ten minutes. Finally, the excess sealer is buffed off the surface and allowed to dry.
- From one hour to two hours. If fast drying is your main priority, low moisture cleaning will leave your carpets dry within an hour.
- Major carpet manufacturers recommend cleaning at least twice a year. Even carpets that look clean may harbour health hazards and dirt build-up contributes to shorter carpet life. Some carpets might benefit from more frequent cleaning (for instance, those used by young children and pets).
- We are a fully insured, registered pest management company and use eco-friendly chemicals that are safe for humans and the environment. To minimise the use of chemicals, we focus on non-chemical measures to prevent and eliminate pest infestation.
- We will provide you with literature on maintenance, and precautions on choice of cleaning solutions. We also offer an excellent line of recommended cleaning products through our company. It is important to use the right cleaning solution, as the wrong type can actually break down the sealer and render it useless. Will my floor ever have to be professionally cleaned and sealed again? Yes. We can provide periodic maintenance cleaning and re-sealing to keep your floors in top condition. The frequency will depend on the amount of traffic on them, frequency of spills, etc. Sealers make maintaining your floors much easier and more effective, yet not maintenance free.
- Our sealing programs are affordably priced, and can actually save you money in cleaning and replacement costs.
- Hot water steam extraction is still the most preferred method of effectively cleaning your carpets. However, we offer all major carpet cleaning methods and will advise you of the best solution for your carpet.
- This is only true for carpets ‘cleaned’ by those who rush in and out and do not follow professionally cleaning procedures. We use neutralising chemicals so that your carpet will be left residue free. Not only will your carpet stay cleaner, it will last longer.
- Never attempt to use ceiling fans or wet appliances as you could electrocute yourself. It’s best to completely keep out of rooms where the ceiling has water damage. Be assured that when you have made an emergency call to us, you will receive a supportive and informative service from start to finish. We will work together with you and your insurance representative to ensure a speedy and complete return to normal.
- Yes. Over the years we have observed that just one permanent stain is enough for most people to realise that protection would have been a good idea.
- It is essential that the drying equipment installed is used as we direct. The longer the equipment operates the quicker the drying time.
- Remove as much water as possible. Take everything off carpets, including furniture, to prevent further damage. Dyes run and wet furniture will permanently stain your carpets. Place wet upholstery, cushions, etc in a safe, airy place to dry. If possible, open cabinets, room doors and windows to assist with drying. Remove all valuables and objects to a safe place. Do not use your vacuum to clean up water.
- A penetrating sealer repels water-based and oil-based liquids, prevents stains caused by most food and beverages; and protects the surface from dirt and impurities.

- Sealing your tile & grout floor, and walls, is the only way to protect your investment from water-based and oil-based stains. A sealer prevents a spill from penetrating into the porous surface of the floor, and gives you time to clean it up. Plus, clean-ups are a snap! Simply blot fresh spills with a clean cloth or paper towel. The sealer then continues to protect, even after repeated cleanings.
- Our professionals have the training, experience, tools, and a wide variety of sealers for all types of natural stone, tiles, and grout. A professional application ensures complete protection for the entire surface of the floor. Improper sealing can leave a sticky residue on the surface of the floor that is difficult, if not impossible, to remove.
